Deborah (Sraddha Devi) is a back care yoga therapist specializing in posture correction to alleviate low back pain. She is a C-IAYT and RYT 500 and Certified Yoga Therapy graduate of The Institute of Interdisciplinary Yoga Studies, studying under Renee DeTar and Christy Harris's direction. She is a Certified Postural Specialist and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant. In 2019 she began studying classical Yoga Nidra with Swami Premajoyti Saraswati and holds a Yoga Nidra guide certification. She is a co-founder and administrator of the Dharma House School of Yoga and teaches yoga at the Muchnic Art Gallery & yoga therapy at LifePoint Yoga Therapy Center.
Deborah works with conditions of the low spine, including spondylolisthesis, stenosis, bulging and herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, and Lumbosacral transition vertebrae. She has first-hand knowledge of the chronic discomfort these conditions produce; she has them all. Deborah shares her natural ability to perceive structural imbalance, giving students key tools to restore and improve posture and range of motion to live pain-free. She helps students privately or as supportive care for those who have undergone low spine surgeries. Deborah loves working in the arts and living on her certified organic family farm with her husband Jack and three children.
